Dear Wendy,

I can't tell you how very pleased we were with with everything we received from Lots for Tots upon our arrival in PV!  The bed and high chair were perfect, and the LARGE duffle of toys was amazing, and exactly age perfect for our 16 month grandson. All of the items were in like new condition, and made a huge difference in our vacation experience. (As as aside, when I was Christmas shopping this week, and saw the same blue LeapFrog car in the store, it immediately jumped into my shopping cart - that one was a huge hit!) You made it so easy, as everything was waiting for us when we checked in, and little guy could go right down for a nap, after 8 hours of travel.   I can't wait to tell other friend headed to PV with little ones about your terrific business.  To quote my daughter, it was one huge stress reliever.

Hi Wendy!
I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you once again for the excellent service you provided for us on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta! Not only did you provide everything we had asked for on time and in such great condition but when we needed a pack n' play the next day you quickly brought it to us at not much extra cost! It was very nice not having to check and haul all of those items from home through the airports! I will definitely call you up the next time we decide to travel to Puerto Vallarta!

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for all of your help with the playpen rental. We were SO happy that we went with your company. It make life a LOT easier and less stressful after a long flight into to PV.

We left this morning and left the playpen at Casa Guacamole. Our friends will be there until Sunday, but the maids are usually around the house in the mornings until about 1pm. Will you be picking-up the playpen tomorrow then?

I believe I sent you the number for the house with the address in my original request form. If you need anything else, please let me know.

THANKS so much for your wonderful rental service. It saved the day for our vacation down to Puerto Vallarta! No lugging heavy and unnecessary items on the plane! Everything was clean and I didn't expect the "extras" like under-sheet pads, etc. It all worked out so nicely. Thanks again - wouldn't hesitate to use your service again!
