"This was our second time visiting the PV area..and once again we used Anjalla and were more than pleased with the equipment and service she provided !! Our 2 year old was very comfortable in the larger crib that was provided and thankfully she had wonderful naps and sleeps while we were away. We had a wonderful time in Mexico. Your equipment made all the difference. I
must admit I was a little nervous working with a company online and providing
you my home address, the dates we would be gone and our personal information.
However, your company and service was amazing and I wouldn't change a thing.
The toys were there at the hotel waiting for us just like you said they would
be. I could smell just how clean they were. The bouncer and stroller smelled
like they had just come out of a dryer. And we appreciated the new batteries in
the bouncer so we didn't have to run out and buy more! I could see you had
completely wiped down the excersaucer. I was really pleased with the quality of
the toys and their cleanliness.
I am also happy to hear we got our full deposit back. I know the toys came came
back with some dirt and baby food. I appreciate your understanding that baby
toys get a little dirty from use and didn't charge me for it.
Please feel free to put up my name down as a reference. Also please feel free
to post my comments to any web site you like. I asked the hotel several times
to include you as a resource for other guests because when I asked them if they
knew of anyone they said they didn't."
