available in Puerto Vallarta made a huge difference in our
vacation. The ordering process was a breeze. The toys were
great! Our 10 moths old baby loved each and everyone, they were
appropriate for his age and gender. The bathtub was brand new as
the umbrella stroller, high chair and exersaucer. The fact that
we arrived in a different city from a quite long flight and not
have to go shopping for food, diaper and wipes, was simply

having to drag along a bulky carseat and pack and play. Most

the last minute, but you also were extremely accommodating when
I re-booked my flight and needed the equipment after all. Then,
when we were checking out, you again were flexible as my son was

” As for our experience with your rentals, where
do I start? We rented six pieces of equipment for two families,
and we all agree we were absolutely stunned by the outstanding
quality of everything we received. Everything was in immaculate
condition, incredibly clean, and in great working condition. We
were asked several times where we got everything as we sat by
the pool with the youngest baby happily napping in the swing or
hanging out with us in the bouncy chair. Passerbys were amazed
with "how much stuff we brought" and were even more amazed when
they learned we rented it from a nearby business. There is no
way possible we would have brought the same amount of stuff we
rented from you. We would have brought only the bare minimum
which would have meant leaving many of our "creature comforts"
behind. When you are on vacation for two weeks, it is so, so
nice to have those comforts of home with you and know your kids
will not miss a thing. I don't have one single word of
complaint or recommendations for better service I could offer.
You showed up right on time for both the delivery and pick up of
goods, which meant so much to us. You have been incredibly
responsive to every question and request, and have truly gone
above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we felt taken
care of. I don't receive the level of service here at home that
I received from Puerto Vallarta Vacation Baby. It was

our 15 month old granddaughter who came to visit for a week.
What a wonderful service they provide!
The equipment they brought per our order was
in perfect shape and all sanitized. The pac ’n play came with
sheets sealed individually, and enough for a new one each day.
The toy package was age-appropriate and Rachael loved her “new”
toys. The delivery and pick-up times were our choice, based on
our convenience, and were exactly as requested.

Traveling with small children (4, 2, 11 months) really takes
planning to a whole new level! Your help was invaluable! I
appreciate that you took the time to search out brands of
formula for Hudson and let me know what was available in
Mexico. Your suggestions for packing formula---i.e. not taking
'ready to serve' cans saved me a possible vacation disaster!
And that's just the thanks for your help before we even left
home! When we arrived in PV you were right there with all the
items we requested. Baby Hudson slept great in his playpen, the
stroller and exersaucer were fantastic! The diapers and wipes
you purchased for us saved us the hassle of dragging 3 kids to
